I've used a matte top coat (and it was very matte), but somehow in the picture, it looks very shiny. Excuse my cuticle area... I'm loving glitter/flakies/matte. I guess I could call this my version of galaxy nails-ish.

Layering:
-Quo base coat
-The Faceshop BK901 (very very dark navy-purple duo-chrome with glitter particles, but duo-chrome/glitter don't really show up...)
-Inglot 202 (LE - flakies that go from orange to yellow/gold to green)
-OPI Sparkle-icious (purple, gold/yellow, and blue glitters)
-Inglot 202
-Chanel matte top coat (LE - very matte)
