I ran out of Neutrogena Oil-Free Makeup Remover while I was in Korea (during summer) and bought Skin Food makeup remover.
At first, I was very skeptical because there are no reviews for Korean drugstore makeup brands on Beautypedia (which is a shame because there are so many!). However, it does remove makeup very easily unlike Neutrogena that takes some time to remove waterproof mascara. What I don't like is that Skin Food makeup remover stings my eyes, which I think is due to the fragrance. Speaking of which, it does smell a bit heavily.
I'm glad that I used this up because I really couldn't stand how it stung my eyes even though makeup was gone instantly.
