I've been wanting to paint my nails in a vampy red colour like Chanel Le Vernis in 18 Rouge Noir, but then I didn't want it to be as dark as Rouge Noir (not that I don't love that colour because I do!! just not for the time being ~.~)
I then realized that I don't have any brown-reds, so I just put 1 coat of brown varnish (Inglot Nail Enamel in 119) & 2 coats of red (OPI Vodka & Caviar). I'm not really satisfied with the overall result because as you can see, the varnish is not smooth in application; blotches here and there. However, I'm very satisfied with the overall effect & the colour :^)
